                              MEGHANADHA REDDY ADEM is currently pursuing his Masters in Structural Engineering
                              at Vallurupalli Nageswara Rao Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology. His academic and
                              research interests focus on sustainable construction materials and the integration of machine learning
                              in structural engineering. His projects include the use of secondary cementitious materials in concrete,
                              prediction of concrete strength using machine learning paradigms, and mineralogical analysis of concrete

                              NARENDRA KUMAR. BOPPANA received his B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering; M.Tech.
                              degree in Structural Engineering; PhD degree in Structural Engineering, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological
                              University , Hyderabad. He is a professor in Department of Civil Engineering, Vallurupalli Nageswara
                              Rao Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad. His research interests are Self
                              Compacting Concrete, Special concretes, Structural health monitoring and special concrete mix designs. He
                              has guided 32 M.Tech. degree projects and delivered 22 invited lectures in other organizations.
