                              A. GHANI RAZAQPUR is Chair Professor in Nankai University, Tianjin, China. He taught at
                              Carleton and McMaster universities in Canada from 1983 to 2017. He is fellow of the Canadian Academy of
                              Engineering, former president of the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE) and former associate
                              editor of Journal of Cement and Concrete Composites. He chairs the technical committee of the Canadian
                              Standard CSA S806, which deals with FRP composites in construction. His research interests are concrete
                              durability, FRP in construction, blast resistant design and the finite element method. He has published
                              over 200 papers and is recipient of the CSCE A.B. Sanderson Award and Leipholz Medal for outstanding

                              CLINTON D’SOUZA is a licensed structural engineer in Ontario, Canada and a certified building
                              façade specialist at the Flynn Group of Companies in Toronto, Canada. He obtained his B.Sc. in civil
                              engineering from Carleton University in Ottawa, and his M.A.Sc. in structural engineering from McMaster
                              University in Hamilton, Ontario. His research interests are reinforced concrete design and retrofit, with special
