BHUSHAN H. SHINDE holds a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Master degree in Structural
Engineering from Government college of Engineering Aurangabad (MS) India, a PhD degree in Civil
Engineering from Sant Gadgebaba Amravati university, Amravati (MS) India. He is an Associate Professor
at the G H Raisoni University, Amravati Maharashtra. His research interest are in geopolymer concrete, the
effective use of industrial powder waste as source material for geopolymer binder, self-compacting concrete,
Fibre reinforced concrete, sustainability and mechanical characterization of construction materials. He has

BHAGYASHRI S. NAWALE holds a Bachelor degree in Information Technology from Sant
Gadgebaba Amravati university, Amravati, and is pursuing M.Tech. degree in Computer Science and
Engineering from College of Engineering Pune (COEP). Her research interest includes machine learning.

KSHITIJA KADAM has completed PhD degree in 2010 from Sant Gadgebaba Amravati University
Amravati. She has joined department of higher and Technical Education Maharashtra in 1988, presently she
has dean research and quality at Government college of Engineering Nagpur. She has two books authored
and more than 75 national and international papers to her credit. Her area of interest is finite element

SUNIL B. SOMANI earned his PhD degree in 2012 from Sant Gadgebaba Amravati University,
Amravati, Maharashtra. He is currently serving as the Principal of Shree Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of
Engineering, Shegaon, Maharashtra. With more than 35 years of teaching and research experience, he has
developed strong expertise in Environmental Engineering and Water Resources Engineering. His research is
particularly focused on the socio-environmental impacts of industrial modernization and its by-products.
